Only select this option if instructed to do so by a DSPI Technician, this option installs the DSPI-VSA Client remote software on your computer allowing the Technicians access to your workstation remotely.

Using this utility will help DSPI Technicians diagnose any internet connectivity issues. This performs an internet speed test to verify how fast or how slow your internet is running. You will need to select the Yellow Pyramid closest to your city and the test will begin to run.
