Carrier Management

We have relationships with over one hundred local, long distance and Internet access carriers in order to provide the most competitive and unbiased evaluation possible. Our company acts as a central contact between your organization and the various telecommunications vendors contributing to your system, allowing you to address a range of issues with a single phone call. We sit on the buyer's side to evaluate, suggest and negotiate on your behalf.

Local Trunking and Facilities Management

We will engineer the proper trunking facilities and coordinate installation for all voice and data applications. Whenever trunks, lines or data facilities are needed, we will act as a central point of contact to ensure the integrity of all services. We track all the lines you have, look at usage, and identify where the lines are connected. This gives many firms the control over their lines that they want but never had before.

Long Distance Recommendations and Implementation

Decision Systems Plus will provide ongoing negotiation with long distance carriers on the customer's behalf, providing increased savings, enhanced billing features, and efficient, pro-active service. Our company will also serve as the central coordinator for all billing and service implementation issues, ensuring that all vendors perform to contractual specifications.

Audit of Bills and Contracts

About 40% of telephone bills are incorrect, with the carrier charging the firm more than what they should. We compare contracts to bills, help you recover the overage, correct the billing and ensure contract compliance. We review contracts to see whether they are in effect and what your options are for termination or change.

If you are very pleased with your present carrier relationships, you do not need to change them. We can interface with those companies. We can review any existing contracts and provide suggestions to you. We can augment the carriers at any time, and give you alternatives or simply a competitive landscape review (a reality check).

Internet Access and Multi-site Networking

Our company will evaluate your requirements and help you obtain the appropriate circuits, and provide the related equipment, software and services to achieve your objectives. This includes routers, VPN, e-mail, anti-virus, Internet filtering, anti-spam, web hosting, e-commerce, web design, firewall and remote access. Telephone System

We also are a reseller and service center for many telephone system manufacturers and Voice over IP providers. With all of our offices, most of the telephone system manufacturers are covered. We can provide information and services related to selection, deployment, improvement, upgrades, programming and trouble-shooting of your telephone system or Voice over IP solution, included hosted IP PBX. Cabling

Our team will provide the connection from the carriers' circuits to your telephone system and devices, and your routers. We do both voice and data cabling, including simple adds, moves or changes all the way to entire buildings (Structured Cabling Systems) or campus. This includes fiber, paging systems and video conferencing. We will connect station and device cabling to your telephone system and data equipment. Cabling services include consulting, design, repair and certification.

Tele-conferencing & data collaboration

We can review your costs and requirements for teleconferencing and data collaboration, and provide alternatives for cost and service improvements.

Video Conferencing

Many organizations today are using videoconferencing or considering using it. We can design and implement a solution that meets your requirements, as we represent most of the manufacturers. We also rent videoconferencing equipment and have a videoconference facility that you can rent, giving you the ability to use before or instead of purchasing. In addition, we will review your bills related to the videoconference calls (the cost of the transmission) and provide suggestions on ways to reduce those cost through use of IP or lower cost videoconference transmission networks. These options have substantially lowered costs and improved service for other companies.

Nurse Call & Patient Wandering Systems

For Medical facilities, Senior Housing, Long-Term and Acute Care Facilities we install systems that support both a mix of care requirements as well as wireless and wired locator devices & pagers. Patients and residents get faster response to incidents. Patients can be tracked and protected by door exit controls. Connection of the nurse call system through the phone lowers your cost and gives you greater control but with more flexibility.
